In case your withdrawals are not processing, we are here to help.
- Make sure you have clicked on “Confirm” button, in other case your request for withdrawal will not be processed. After submission a pending withdrawal box will be shown. You can also check for possible error messages, if mentioned step did not work.
- Your withdrawal status will be “Pending” until you have clicked on the link in the email sent to your address. After following the link, your status will move towards “Confirmation” then “Completion”.
- It is possible that desired withdrawal amount is smaller than actual blockchain withdrawal costs. In that case you will see “Insufficient Funds” message. We charge withdrawal fees only to cover blockchain costs.
