By following a few simple steps, you can easily withdraw from your account. Here is how:
- Login to your Bololex account
- Go to “Funds” section
- Click on “Withdraw” button the wallet row
- Enter the quantity and address
- Click on “Confirm”
- You will receive an email with the corresponding link
- Click on the link for a withdrawal request
Fees: Bololex charges withdrawal fees only to cover its costs (such as blockchain fees of making transactions) for some specific tokens there might also be a deposit fee which is again just to cover our costs.
Note:
1. Your withdrawal will not be processed if the type of the coin and its address does not match. If you erroneously transfer Bitcoins or any Bitcoin forked coin to Bitcoin Cash wallet, there is a risk of losing these coins permanently.
2. If you are withdrawing a coin that requires a tag or memo, please attach it to the provided address. In case of missing this step, you might lose the coins.
3.If you have added 2FA (2-Factor-Authentication) to your account, you will need to enter your 6-digit code and click “Confirm”.
